Information we receive
We receive an email address when a reader subscribes. Advertising and Horus quote forms collect the business contact and request details a person submits so the appropriate sales team can respond. We store limited call-to-action events such as the page, campaign variant, impression or click, time, and referrer. We do not put legal case details into HwyPulse analytics.
Search and audience research
Trucking-related site searches may be counted in daily aggregate form to identify recurring resource questions. Searches with obvious email addresses, phone numbers, or similar identifiers are excluded; a search signal is supplied to the drafting system only after at least three occurrences. These aggregates are retained for up to 35 days, and generated drafts still require human editorial review.
Analytics and anti-abuse
Cloudflare Web Analytics may provide aggregate traffic information without an advertising cookie profile. Signup protection may use Cloudflare Turnstile. Server logs can contain IP and request data for security and reliability.
Service providers
Newsletter, hosting, email-delivery, AI, and monitoring providers process only the data needed to provide their function. Horus quote details are intended for the Horus GPS sales team. Credentials saved by an administrator are encrypted at rest and are never displayed after saving.
