HPNewsroom standard

Source first. Automation disclosed.

HwyPulse uses a human-directed, AI-assisted publishing system with deterministic legal and factual guardrails.

Primary sources are mandatory

Every news article and resource guide must show at least one primary source. We favor FMCSA, NHTSA, the Federal Register, state agencies, courts, and other official publishers. A draft cannot publish automatically when its source is missing or unresolved.

How AI is used

Software collects candidate items, detects duplicates, scores relevance, and can draft a structured summary from supplied source text. The drafting system is instructed not to add outside facts. Deterministic checks compare dates, numbers, sources, titles, and prohibited advice language before an article can move forward.

Where people stay in control

Blocked drafts enter a review queue. Newsletter sends always require one admin approval. Editors can inspect the draft beside source text, resolve flags, edit, publish, reject, archive, or correct an item. Daily volume is capped to protect quality.

No legal advice

We report what a law, agency, or court says. We do not tell a reader how to plead, contest a case, or handle an individual legal situation.

Commercial independence

MyTrafficCase and Horus GPS share a parent company with HwyPulse. Their calls to action are visually separated and always carry the ownership disclosure. Commercial relationships do not remove the source and QA requirements.
